About Us

You First.

The Meadows at Stroud is a 127-bed rehab and skilled nursing facility in East Stroudsburg, located a block away from Route 80, a few miles away from Allentown and New Jersey. We are just across the street from Pocono Medical Center, allowing for easy access to doctor appointments. Our facility is one of the largest in Monroe County, and has a three-star CMS rating in quality measures, one of the highest in the area.

Our nurses are hospital trained and can handle higher acuity patients, including bariatric patients and those requiring TPN. Dr. Arun Shingala, a cardiologist, is our medical director, and Dr. Giriwarlal Gupta, a neurologist, is our attending physician. We have a vibrant activities program each day from 8 am to 8 pm, and a large number of volunteers. We also offer hospice and respite services.
